It is time we move ahead in the Big Bash League with an all new year starring at us. Sydney Sixers have fought their way back into the tournament with consecutive wins. One of them was out of their reach as they tied the match and then won it in the super over while they were ahead of their opponents in the other. Adelaide Strikers has had a good start to the tournament too but it is to be seen where the whole thing is going to lead. Right now these teams are sitting at #2 & #3 respectively.
When:- 5 January, 1:10 PM IST
Where:- International Sports Stadium, Coffs Harbour
There are a few changes for both the teams but before looking into those changes, it is to be seen where the win takes them. Adelaide Strikers would be very comfortable with the win since it will lead them to #2 with a great run rate too. Meanwhile it is definitely going to be harmful for Sydney Sixers as they will skip down if they lose it and they will be in a spot a bother too. It is hoped that it will be a cracker of a game.
1. Moises Henriques is going to miss the match which means Daniel Hughes will lead the side for Sydney Sixers.
2. Josh Hazelwood is going to find a part of the squad as it is also his first game in almost 6 years in BBL.
3. Michael Neser is walking in for Adelaide Strikers in place of Wes Agar.
