After gaining a morale-lifting win, Namibia now heads to take on Kenya for the next header of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. Both the teams will be up against each other on Friday in Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.

Kenya won their last match against Singapore by 7 wickets. Lucas Oluoch  and Elijah Otieno picked three wickets each to restrict their opponents. Irfan Karim’s blistering knock of 71 runs off 50 balls then help the team successfully chase down the target of 157. Aman Gandhi of Kenya also smashed a half-century in their last match. Namibia, on the other hand, are returning off a win against Bermuda. Niko Dovin scored 37 runs off 12 balls at a strike rate of 308.33. They successfully chased down a target of 106 runs in 13.1 overs and they would aim for a similar performance in the next header as well.

  • Irfan Karim and Aman Gandhi will be opening the innings for Kenya. The team is most likely to go with their same opening combination.
