In the upcoming fixture of the Bundesliga, Borussia Monchengladbach is hosting Werder Bremen in their home ground, Borussia Park Stadium, Germany. This match is to be played at 1:00 AM IST on 3rd March.  This is going to be a one sided affair since the home team has been the better team and would do everything to register another win in this game and the away team would try to spoil it for the hosts. The preview of the match is listed below.

Match Details:

When: March 3, 2018 at 1:00 AM IST

Where: Borussia Park Stadium, Germany

WBN vs MOB Team News:

Werder Bremen:

  • Sebastian Langkamp is expected to start in place for Milos Veljkovic.
  • Thomas Delaney, Zlatko Junuzovic are expected to play in a more attack-minded plan.
  • Milot Rashica, Ishak Belfodil and Jérôme Gondorf are also other actions for attack.

Borussia Monchengladbach:

  • Tony Jantschke is back from his injury and may replace Reece Oxford at right-back.
  • Either Jonas Hofmann or Patrick Herrmann will start on the right wing.
  • Raffael is a doubtful to recover from a calf injury in time, meaning Raúl Bobadilla could fill in up front again.

WBN vs MOB Probable XI:

Pavlenka (GK), Gebre Selassie, Veljkovic, Moisander, Augustinsson, Junuzovic, Delayney, Bargfrede, Johannsson, Kainz, Kruse

Sommer (GK), Oxford, Ginter, Vestergaard, Elvedi, Kramer, Zakaria, Hofmann, Grifo/Bobadilla, Hazard, Stindl

Key players:

Stindl, Kramer

Delaney, Veljkovic, Kruse

Expected Winner:

Gladbach finally picked up a much-needed win last weekend, when they beat Hannover 1-0. They had suffered four straight Bundesliga defeats without scoring a goal in this spell and need to continue to improve in possession to create more chances again.

Bremen has won three of their last four league games after a 1-0 derby win over Hamburg last weekend. They still sit only two points above the relegation play-off spot and need to continue to work hard to get out of the battle against relegation.

Expect this to be an open game with several chances at both ends of the pitch.

I always hate talking about myself because it feels weird to talk about myself honestly. Ever think that it's weird? No? Just me? My bad. Always hungry, always sleepy and in between always writing. Hope you won't mind!
