After first ODI being washed away due to rain, Australia and New Zealand women would lock horns in the 2nd ODI fixture at Ron Field Oval, Brisbane on Sunday.

Talking about the first ODI, Australia came on to bat first and managed to engrave 269 runs with the likes of M Harvey(55) and Oliver Davies(58). Adithya Ashok was impressive with the ball and bagged three wickets from New Zealand side.

New Zealand stepped up with the bat in the second inning but rain god had some other plans and the game was called off after just 2.2 overs.

Let’ see who would be able to register the first win of the tournament.
