Houston Rockets vs Golden State Warriors NBA Playoffs 2018 Match Preview
When and where:
Houston Rockets shocked the NBA fraternity with a nerve-wracking 95-92 win against Golden State Warriors in the last game at Oracle Arena, and even the 7 game series 2-2 in the process. Now the Western Conference finals series heads to Houston, Texas for the pivotal 5th game which will be played at Toyota Center, Tomorrow at 06:30 AM, IST.
Last game was quite strange in many ways. But first, what wasn’t mysterious was the Defending Champions’ start in the game. They came out onto the Oracle Arena like the wild animals, going on a 12-0 run at the start of the game, then again in the 3rd quarter, the Dubs ran riot with their free-flowing game where they outscored Rockets 34-17, and in particular, Stephen Curry who scored 17 of his 28 points in this quarter alone.
Now comes to that strange point. Steve Kerr’s men are not known for throwing away the games but it happened in Game-4 as they allowed Houston Rockets to erase double-digit deficits on two separate occasions.
Chris Paul, despite carrying a knock from game-3, played like a warrior, while James Harden was at his usual best, scoring 30 points, a match High.
With that unlikely win, Rockets ended Warriors’ 17 game winning streak at home in NBA playoffs. Definitely, we have got a series that could decide who may become the champion come the end of the season.

HOU VS GSW Dream11 players to watch out for:
Houston Rockets – Without a shadow of a doubt, Rockets’ fortunes will depend on how many points do both Chris Paul and James Harden score in this game. Paul, in particular, did a fantastic job on Stephen Curry in the 4th quarter and also scored 27 points in that game. While Harden dropped a magnificent 30 point in that match.
Golden State Warriors – Out of Warriors’ 92 points, Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry scored 55 points between them. But most of those points came in the 1st three quarters only as Rockets managed to claw their way back into the game with a late thrust. Curry also missed some 3-pointers in the last few minutes which proved critical in the end result. If Dubs are to win this game, these two players have to perform as they have been performing in the big games.
HOU VS GSW Dream11 Predictions:
This was the series in the Western Conference that every Basketball fan was waiting with baited breath. And it’s fair to say that it has lived up to its billing as both the teams won two-games apiece out of the first four Games.
The next game will be played at Houston’s home and we are backing them to win this game.
