The second semi-final of the day will witness a clash between the Group A leaders India and the Group B second-placed side the Republic of South Korea. Both teams have done well so far, but now this is the time to shine with prosperity.

India en-route to the semi-finals have been undefeated as they defeated Kenya and Pakistan twice in this event. Their first match was against Pakistan whom they decimated by a margin of 36-20 and in the second game between the two sides India yet again ended up on the winning side by 41-17. Kenya too was outclassed easily by 48-19 and 50-15 in both their games.

The Republic of Korea had a different story though as they were beaten comprehensively by Iran in both their games while they managed to win easily against a reeling Argentinian side and the latest win coming in the last match when the Koreans tottered Argentina by 54-24.
