FC Barcelona will look to keep their noses ahead at the top of the table when they take on Real Betis next at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona have somehow managed to keep themselves safe in a season that has saw the not-so-big teams showing immense grit and passion to upstage quite a few upsets in La Liga so far. They do sit at the top of points table but are constantly tailed by the Atletico Madrid whom they play next. A point dropped tomorrow will make their stay at the top a lot more uncertain.
Real Betis, currently 15th in the table, will have a chance to move two places up for sure, if they manage to somehow upset their hosts tomorrow. Realistically, Quique Setién will be a happy man if his side manage to walk away from Camp Nou with a point at least.

Messi’s returns after injuries have always been emphatic for FC Barcelona. It is hard to argue otherwise as any football neutral will agree to the fact that at least until Messi is their in the side, no one else can take up the leader’s role for FC Barcelona.
A DMF naturally, Lo Celso will hold the key for Real Betis in dealing with Barca’s attacks. He will be pivotal in initiating counters and setting up the right pass for the finishers to do their job. Operating from the centre of the field, Lo Celso will be the key player for Real Betis both offensively and defensively.
Last year’s show stoppers, Real Betis, find themselves in complete shackles this time around. From finishing 6th last season to standing just four points clear of the relegation zone, Real Betis have been a sorry tale. With all that haunting them, it is hard to see them walking away even with a point from Camp Nou. Our prediction for this one reads FC Barcelona 3-1 Real Betis.
