WS vs SS Dream11 Predictions

Women’s Super League, 2018

Western Storms vs Surrey Stars, 30th Match

The 30th match of the 2018 Women’s Super League will see Surrey Stars take on defending champions’ Western Storms in what is expected to be a pulsating finale of the league stage.

Venue:- Kia Oval, London

Match Timings:- Saturday, August 18th, 2018, 11:30 PM IST

Surrey Stars, courtesy a four-wicket win over Southern Vipers, thanks to an all-round performance from Natalie Sciver (4-32 & 46) will go into their last league-stage game against defending champions’ Western Storms with more than a chance to get to the finals’ day.

Defending champions, Western Storms have no such worries about going into the match since they’ve already qualified for the finals’ day and they sit comfortably at the second spot on the points table. They would, however, look to fine-tune some of the chinks that were evident in their nine-wicket humbling at the hands of Loughborough Lightning. The inability of their batsmen to kick-on and post a substantial score, like Mandhana had done for them throughout the season, resulted in them getting a sub-par total of 6-124 in 20 overs. All-in-all, the game has some intriguing subplots for both the sides.
