TOR vs MON Dream11 Match Predictions

Global T20 Canada, 2018

Toronto Nationals vs Montreal Tigers, 15th Match Preview

In the second game of Sunday’s doubleheader, Toronto Nationals will take on Montreal Tigers what is expected to be a battle for survival.

Both teams are languishing at the bottom of the table having won just a solitary game out of four. Toronto Nationals are on a three-match losing streak. The last of those chastening losses came against Cricket Windies B team. Having failed to read the surface, WI-B bowlers cashed-in and despite Steve Smith’s 55, never really allowed TOR to get away. After the bowlers did their job, WI-B batsmen in Justin Greaves (45) and Rutherford (37) set the platform to eventually chase down 129 in a canter. None of the Nationals bowlers except for Usama Mir (1-29) could pose any threat to Greaves and co and ended up losing by eight wickets.

Venue:- Maple Leaf North-West Ground, King City

Match Timing:- Monday, July 09, 2018, 01:30 AM IST

Their opponents in Montreal Tigers were on a three-match losing streak before they eventually put together a complete performance to beat Edmonton Royals by 16 runs. Defending 130, Peter Siddle was the hero of the Tigers as his spell of 4-13 restricted Edmonton Royals to 113. Both the teams would be hoping for a complete performance going into TOR vs MON.

Pitch Conditions:-

The pitch at Maple Leaf North-west Ground offers a good playing field for bowlers as well as the batsman. With the tournament in its second week, the track has started to take a considerable amount of wear and turn and might assist slow bowlers in the second half.

  • Toronto Nationals might make a few changes after their eight-wicket loss to WI-B Team
