SCO vs ENG Dream11 Prediction

Scotland vs England ODI Match Preview

If not for a controversial LBW call, England’s fixture against Scotland would have been a perfect dress rehearsal for a clash between two sides in the next year’s World Cup. The dream, however, was shattered by a dodgy LBW call in the 32nd over of Scotland’s crucial super-six ‘winner takes all’ encounter against the Windies earlier this year, when Richie Berrington was dismissed by Ashley Nurse. The rain brought a premature end to the contest as Windies won on D/L triggering massive heartbreak for Scotland.

The beleaguered Scotts will take on England in Edinburg on Sunday in a bid to showcase to the World of their pedigree and grit, while the English will look to fine-tune their performance ahead of a crucial 5-match ODI series against Australia, starting June 15th.

Scotland host England in a one-off One-Day International game on Sunday at Grange Cricket Club in Edinburgh. The two sides last met in the 2015 World Cup group stage, when England defeated the Scots by 119 runs, while England’s last visit to Scotland was in 2014, which was won by the tourists in a rain-affected encounter by 39 runs.
