Pakistan A vs New Zealand A, 3rd Unofficial ODI Match Preview

The third unofficial ODI between Pakistan A and New Zealand A will be played on Wednesday morning at the same venue in Abu Dhabi.

Pakistan has already taken the 2-0 lead by winning the first ODI by 1 wicket and second by 5 wickets after they lost the T20 series by 2-1. Both the sides will also play 2 matches Test series starting from October 30.

Previous encounter:

After winning the toss, Pakistan A opted to bowl first. Put into bat, New Zealand lost their first wicket in the second delivery and were 84-3 at one time. However, Will Young (40), BJ Watling (75) and Todd Astle (40) helped the side to post 224-10 in 48.4 overs.

In response, Pakistan had a decent start and lost the first wicket at 37 and were 88-3 at one time. However, Mohammad Saad (49 of 75) and Saud Shakeel (67* of 71) in the middle order made sure to return victorious.

Pakistan has already sealed the series by 2-0 and would be hoping for a clean sweep when both the teams will meet for the final ODI on Friday morning.
