After New Zealand bounced back to register 7 wickets win in the second game, the 3 matches T20 series rests at 1-1 with the final game to be played on Wednesday noon at ICC Academy, Dubai.

In the first T20, Pakistan bowled out New Zealand at just 65 runs, courtesy Umaid Asif’s 5-fer,  to register massive 8 wickets win and lead the series by 1-0. However, New Zealand came back strongly in the second game and restricted Pakistan at 142-7 in 20 over who chose to bat first after winning the toss.

Coming to chase, New Zealand collected 112 runs for the first wicket with the help of the fifties from both the openers- Glenn Phillips and George Worker. Visitors chased down the target with 7 wickets in their kitty and one ball to spare.

Now, with the series decider to be played tomorrow, both the teams would be hoping of making no mistake and seal the series by 2-1. The T20 series will be followed by 3 matches unofficial ODI series starting from Sunday and 2 matches Test series starting from October 30.
