Pakistan have made a bright start to the practice matches in England as they defeated Kent fairly easily. Batting first, Pakistan posted an imposing score of 358 runs on the board. Fakhar Zaman, Haris Sohail and Imad Wasim played superbly to help their team to a very good score. The Asian team then went on to bowl out the Kent side for 258 runs, registering a 100 run win in the process.

The visitors will now face another county cricket side, Northamptonshire, in their next practice match. Northamptonshire are currently involved in the Royal London One Day Cup, but they will take time out to help Pakistan prepare for the upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup.

Meanwhile, Pakistan might want to make a change or two to see what other players have to offer.  Young pacer Mohammad Hasnain could be named in the playing team for the match.
