Saurashtra celebrated a magnificent win to secure a semi-final spot after they recorded a mammoth 372 runs chase against UP. Things started with skipper Jaydev Unadkat’s fifer in the first innings but it wasn’t enough for Saurashtra to achieve the first innings score of UP which was 385 runs.

Saurashtra was bundled out for 208 in their first innings which means they were reeling with a deficit of 177 runs. Theyb had to deliver with the ball in the second innings and they did the same by dismissing UP for 194 in the second innings courtesy Dharemndrasinh Jadeja’s 4 wicket hall.

They chased down 372 with 6 wickets in hand, led by Harvik Desai’s magnificent 116 at the top and Cheteshwar Pujara’s unbeaten 67.
