England vs West Indies Dream11 Predictions

When and where:

England will take on West Indies in the second test match of the series, on (January 31) at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, Antigua & Barbuda.

The visitors in England are coming off a tough loss against their opponents in the first test match. The side failed miserably with the bat in the first innings as they were all out in 77 runs. Furthermore, they were unable to contain Jason Holder and Dowrich who scored more than 300 runs combined to put up a mammoth total for the side to chase. Captain Joe Root made some questionable decision in terms of team selection, and he must be feeling the heat right now. This game serves as the ideal test for the side in order to amend their loss.

Meanwhile, the hosts West Indies won the accolades of the entire cricketing world for what they achieved. Nobody was picking this side to do well given how inexperienced the players are in the squad. But, their skipper in Jason Holder took the perfect moment to let everybody know that he has arrived. The man scored a scintillating double-century and led the team to a 381 runs win. This is the kind of confidence that can make or shape a group of players for greatness and it will be interesting to see how they do in the second test.

The match will begin at 7:30 PM IST.

ENG vs WI Players to watch out for:

For England, their opening batsman and captain Joe Root will be looking to lead the team with his bat. He is regarded as one of the best players in the world and here is a chance for him to showcase his leadership spirit as the team is going through some adversity. His teammate in Rory Burns was the top-scorer for the team in the last game where he scored 84 runs in the second innings. In the bowling department, Moeen Ali and James Anderson are the most experienced players. Ali took three wickets in tricky conditions, whereas James Anderson looked clueless. He will be looking to make amends this time out.

For West Indies, skipper Jason Holder, Shane Dowrich, Kemar Roach and Roston Chase are the most likely players who will be doing the damage against the opposition. Holder played a spectacular inning where he scored 202 runs in 229 balls. It proved to be a match-winning knock and he coupled this p by taking 2 wickets as well. Dowrich too was solid as he played the role of a perfect second-fiddle to Holder by scoring a commendable 116 runs. He will be looking to emulate a similar performance here. Also, Kemar Roach was the pick of the bowlers in the first inning by having a five-wicket haul. But, the star of the show has to be Roston Chase as he took eight wickets in the second innings at an economy rate of 2.77.
