CSK vs MI Dream11 Team | Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians Match Preview | Fantasy Team & Team News

Two heavyweights will go to war when Chennai Super Kings take on Mumbai Indians in IPL on Friday. Historically, CSK and MI are the two most successful teams in the Indian Premier League with 3 titles for each of the two. Even in this campaign, they have been among the strongest teams and contenders to win the title.

Chennai Super Kings are back with a win

Chennai were sailing at the top when they received a double whammy in two consecutive losses against Surisers Hyderbad and Royal Challengers Bangalore. However, the team led by MS Dhoni responded in style by defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad in the return fixture on Tuesday. As a result, CSK are back at the top and they can build again.

However, a match against quality opposition like Mumbai Indians won’t be easy. Mumbai Indians have been inconsistent, but they have shown what they are about in many matches.

Mumbai Indians will be keen to recover

Mumbai Indians went into the match against Rajasthan Royals as favourites, but they were defeated by a resurgent home side. The result meant Mumbai Indians had slipped in their pursuit of the top spot and they lie in the 3rd place now. However, they have the golden opportunity of pegging back the table toppers in the next match.

It will be a difficult task to defeat Chennai Super Kings in their home, but if there are teams that can do it – Mumbai Indians are certainly one of them.
