When and where:
Bangladesh U-19 will take on England U-19 in the third ODI of the series, on (February 2) at Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh.
The hosts have been in terrific form in the first two games. They won both contests easily and it was clear this team has made some giant strides since the ICC U-19 World Cup that took place last year. Winning is one thing but able to dispatch a side of the level of England is a feather in the cap of the players. They will be looking to do a clean sweep and that would be arguably the greatest achievement in the history of this team so far.
Meanwhile, England U-19 has been struggling to get acclimatised with everything in Bangladesh. The players are still relatively young and don’t have the experience in these conditions. The management has always been keeping a keen eye on the youngsters to see who is going to be a future star, and a decent performance from here on out might help the player to get a nod ahead of someone who isn’t in form in the first team.
The match will begin at 8:30 AM IST.
