AUS vs IND DREAM11 Prediction | Australia vs India 2nd ODI | Who Will Win

After a resounding win in the first ODI at Sydney, Australia will take the honours in the second one-dayer which will be played at the Adelaide Oval. India were taken down comprehensively in the first game of the series and will look to bounce back to make the series even.

Jhye Richardson had a night to remember

Batting first, the Aussies scored a formidable 288 for the loss of 5 wickets. Half-centuries from Usman Khawaja, Shaun Marsh and Peter Handscomb carved their way to a formidable total which was perfectly garnished in the end by Marcus Stoinis who got an unbeaten 47 off 43 which included 2 fours and 2 sixes.

On a batting friendly wicket, it was an exemplary bowling effort from Jhye Richardson who was playing only his 5th ODI. He got career-best 4 for 26 from 10 overs which also included the wicket of the Indian skipper Virat Kohli. His effort did not go in vain as Australia proved too good for the visitors to hand them a 34 run defeat.

What’s next for India?

A defeat in the first ODI means, India will have to recoupe and possess a defiant challenge against the hosts to stay alive in the three-match series.

Adelaide’s surface is also expected to be batting friendly which means a flurry of shots can be seen in the encounter where India will look to keep their hopes alive, whereas Australia will look to seal the series and register an ODI series win early in 2019.
